Booking with Phia's Place for Pups is straightforward. Phia's number is listed in the booking link you can call or text me for booking. First, we'll have a brief chat to understand your dog's unique personality—their breed, age, temperament, behavioral tendencies, and feeding schedule. This helps us tailor their experience. Next, we'll confirm the length of stay, drop-off, and pick-up dates and times. Note that a short notice fee of $20 may be charged if not given a 2 day notice prior to board. An additional  $15 fee may also be charged if more than an hour late for scheduled pick up. Before their visit, we'll send you a helpful reminder list of essentials: kennel, food, favorite toys, treats, and any medications. We also recommend bringing a T-shirt that smells like you, providing a comforting familiar scent for your furry friend.

We strive to ensure your dog returns in the same or even better behavioral state than when you left them. Our philosophy is simple and consistent: "If they're not allowed on your furniture, they aren't allowed on ours," and "If they're not allowed to jump on you, they're not allowed to jump on us." This dedication to consistent boundaries fosters a secure and respectful environment.

Please note, payment is required upon drop-off. While tips are always appreciated, they are never expected. Phia's Place for Pups is not a cage-free facility; we responsibly utilize kennels to ensure the safety, structure, and better management of all dogs in our care. This approach provides a secure, predictable environment for every pup.
